1 cup:
almonds
1 cup:
carob powder - raw
1 cup:
dates - pited
1/2 cup:
raisins
1 cup:
sunflower seeds - raw
2 tsp:
vanilla extract
enough to soak above ingredients:
water - purified or filtered
Soak almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins & dates 6 hours (soak each separatly). Drain water but save raisin (&/or dates) soak water in a cup, then add raw carob powder, vanilla extract, and 1/4 c. raisin soak water.
Put nuts, seeds, dates and raisins in a food processor and process until thoroughly blended. Press in dish. Chill or freeze until you can't stand to wait any longer and eat.
