1 Tbsp:
carob powder - raw
Desired amount of:
fruit
1 Tbsp or so:
water - purified or filtered
Have bananas at room temp. or peel and put in the freezer for cold dessert); add raw carob(test the carob amount for you-more or less)& water(very small amount; test amount of water for thick pudding or thin soupier pudding). Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
Add fruits on top; grapes, strawberries, black berries, more bananas sliced, etc. YUMMY!
