What do we do with the carrot pulp when we make fresh carrot juice?
Make cookies!
To the carrot pulp add; soaked dates or raisins, cinnamon, raw honey, cut up dried fruit if you want, chopped nuts. Blend or run in a food processor. Add the cut dried fruit after this! Add more crunchy nuts such as walnuts and also raisins. Squeeze in some fresh orange juice and add a touch of vanilla if you want and orange oil. Drop onto a dehydrator tray and dry over night and maybe more on 105 degrees. Eat warm...dipped in fresh banana "ice-cream". Okay, these are good. Everyone loves them.
